Marcy's Permanent Make-Up

I am so excited about my eyeliner and my eyebrows! I have always struggled with a nervous tremor making it difficult to apply makeup so this seems like a logical investment. I had a great experience, Marcy made me comfortable and explained everything as we went. She was very personable, pleasant and always professional. She gave me excellent post-op care instructions and they turned out beautifully! 👍

I am thrilled with my eyeliner. I have really bad dry eyes so am hesitant to use much eye makeup anymore and this is a great solution l. Marcy asked me about my normal look, typical makeup colors, and habits. She listened and HEARD what I said. I don’t need to wear any eye makeup but when I want to dress up the tattoo creates a great base. I had minimal pain, swelling, and scabbing. I had the liner tattooed three years ago and it still looks just as good. Marcy was my dentist’s assistant 30 years ago and I loved her then. After seeing her name as a permanent makeup artist for over a decade I felt I could trust her and my trust was well placed.

Marcy did my eyeliner (top/bottom) and eyebrows. She’s amazing. She tests several colors for the eyebrows, to see what works best with your skin tone and hair color. Her office is very clean and she is very good about protecting the client from infection. Marcy also numbs the area to make the tattoo more tolerable. My eyebrows faded, so I’ll be going back to have them touched up.

Horrible. I am writing this review for my mother who went to get her eyeliner retouched and it was the most painful experience has ever felt. Like more than childbirth…She almost passed out from the pain. Marcy kept accusing her of being on a prescription that was aggravating her eyes but my mom kept telling her the truth and that she was not on any prescriptions. She left there with a completely swollen face and huge black eyes. I have never seen anything like it and she look like she had been beat up. The worst part, is that not only was Marcy wanting to charge her full price for this catastrophe, But also got irritated with my mom when she did not want to leave a tip. A true professional would have never even charged her a dime for what happened to their client. My mom spent almost 2 weeks with swollen black eyes and unable to go out without dark sunglasses. No apologies no admissions to anything from Marcy. She was extremely rude and unprofessional to my poor mother and I need to stand up for her. PS- I am happy to post pictures

My experience was amazing!! I am truly in love with my eyebrows!! I suggest anyone who is looking for permanent makeup to visit Marcie. She is so sweet and very talented in her perfession!!!
