I love Bella spa! I go here for threading and the gals who are working are so friendly! They always make my eyebrows look amazing (and my eyebrows always grow crazy) and compliment the thickness of them every time. I appreciate having them accessible in Sioux Falls, and would recommend to everybody looking for threading/shaping.

I had such a great experience getting a lash lift and brow lamination! The girl who helped me was so sweet and professional. It didn’t take long at all, and the results are absolutely beautiful. My lashes and brows look amazing, and the customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Came in needing my eyebrows done since my lady back home wasn't available before my month long assignment here in SD. Asked her for a simple clean up. No shaping or anything. Just needed access hair cleaned up. She proceeded to THIN OUT my eyebrows that I took so long in growing out. When she saw I was upset and about to cry about it. She didn't offer any compensation or anything. I am very upset and see that she deleted my last review. I'm going to keep posting since she messed up my brows and she wants to be shady about it. SHE ALSO SELF ADDED A TIP OF $4 to my $25 purchase (I just checked the price is $21) Like how are you going to add a tip when I HATED MY BROWS AND WAS VISIBLY UPSET. When I asked for my receipt she couldn't get one for me.

Fatima is amazing! My lashes look incredible. I highly recommend her services, in only a short time she completely transformed my look.

I went to get my eyebrows done today and I had a terrible result. My eyebrows are so thin uneven and with no shape. Ive had my eyebrows done and not liked them but this is the first time I literally cried about the result. She didn't ask me if I wanted them 90s style thin but thats what I got. I've been going here for over 2 years and usually they are good but now I'll go to a different salon. For $25 + tip they should probably ask what you want. I gave them 2 stars because I've been coming here on and off for over 2 years and although it's gotten progressively worse they were great at one time.
