Came in needing my eyebrows done since my lady back home wasn't available before my month long assignment here in Sioux Falls. I Asked her for a simple clean up. No shaping or anything. Just needed access hair cleaned up. She proceeded to THIN OUT my eyebrows that I took so long growing out. She saw I was upset and about to cry. She then tells me I could use a pencil to fix it. Like I shouldn't have to do that if you would have just done what I had requested. Instead of letting her pride dictate what she would do to MY FACE. She didn't offer any compensation or anything, but instead offered unsolicited advice. I am very upset. I noticed that someone deleted my last review. I'm going to keep posting since she messed up my brows and she wants to be shady about it. Also... She charged me a $3 tip without my consent. Services, on the website for eyebrow threading alone is $21 and she typed in $25 into the iPad and then gestured to swipe. I was so emotional and upset that I just swiped. I then walked away very upset and then I realized and went back to get my receipt and she said she couldn't provide me with it. I left immediately since I was close to tears. This is so messed up. I just wanted a clean up and not shaped nor thinned. I don't know how to thread, so I am not going to lecture on something I have no knowledge in. I do, however know that if you're going to be messing with people's faces you need to know the structure of the eyes/brows. As a prior make-up artist, if someone has naturally crooked eye brows I'm not going to excentuate it. I have been moving different states and traveling for work all at once and have not had time to see my brow lady. She is EXCELLENT in her craft and she knows how to minimize the appearance opf my crooked brows by maintaining the thickness. You thinned it out which made it more noticeable. If you don't know how to deal with challenging brows... maybe you should turn those people away or practice. You had me looking like the lady with the crooked eye brows from the movie "50 First Dates".

Hello! So I wanted to share my experience so this doesn’t happened to anyone else. I had gotten lashes done for the first time, immediately… I had two lashes falling out the same day and both eyes had gotten infected. It took a WEEK and a HALF for my eyes to just NOW start getting better. I don’t know what they are using but not only did my eyelid get swollen, but underneath my eyelids as well where they put tape to hold my eyes down. I came back to get them removed a day later and all Sudy (The lady that had done them) could say was, “Oh honey I’m so sorry that happened to you.” I told her, “Well, I would like a refund, you can keep the $30 tip but I don’t feel this is right to pay as I had lashes that fell out and had an allergic reaction within a day.” The total was $227. She had just smiled and said, “To remove the lashes they are $25, are you sure you want to take them off honey?” And so I said, “Um… do you see my swollen eyes? Of course I need to take them off”. She still did not give me an answer on a refund. As she was taking them off, they burned even more, she kept scraping at my eyes and I was literally crying and could not open my eyes. They got puffier and more swollen. This was the most terrible experience I could’ve ever had and they should not be open. I think the biggest red flag 🚩 was when she told me she got certified in Russia. I definitely should’ve looked at the reviews first as someone mentioned the same issue that happened to them, but I work in the mall and it was convenient. Hopefully the bank refunds my money back because they did not. In fact, they still charged me the $25 in addition to still keeping the original charge of $227, a whopping total of $252. What. A. Rip. Off. They need to be closed down.

This place was great. The lady who did my eyebrows, Sarah l, made me walk out of here with 10 times more confidence than I had walking in here. I definitely recommend coming her and getting your eyebrows threaded. They were looking snatched for weeks. I will definitely be coming back.

I decided to kill some time at the mall today. I’ve been curious about getting some Henna done on my hands and the gal working was fantastic! I got some beautiful artwork on both of my hands and decided to try the brow threading and tinting since I’ve never tried that either. She did a great job and I am beyond thrilled with the results!

Manza did the best work! She is an experienced employee who takes passion in her job! She is a perfectionist and will spend as much time as you need to make sure that your eyebrows turn out as perfect as you want them! Highly recommend you request Manza! She is the only one that has made my eyebrows absolutely perfect! thank you so much!
