I had a hot stone massage with Gene, and it was an excellent experience. He was highly professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled in his technique. What stood out to me most was how intentional he was with draping and positioning before moving any part of the body. As a male therapist, he was especially mindful about creating a safe and respectful environment. He adjusted the sheet carefully and ensured I was always properly covered before transitioning areas, which made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. His communication was clear, his pressure was just right, and the hot stone work was incredibly relaxing. I left feeling both grounded and rejuvenated. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, respectful, and deeply relaxing massage experience.

Keera is a wonderful massage therapist! I had heard really good things about her so requested her for my latest massage. It was fabulous! She took the time to listen to what I needed and focused on the spots that actually needed the work. I left feeling lighter, and better. If you’re looking for a true deep tissue massage from someone who is professional, intuitive, and really good at what they do, Keera is it. I’ve already booked with her again. Also, I love the renovation to the space. Looks great!

I had the best massage from Blake! He has lots of experience, understands joint pain and how to provide relief. I will be telling others about him and coming back for additional massages from him!

Today was a session with Blake to deal with neck and back pain. He was thorough, identified the issues, and worked the knots out. I felt so much better that I have already booked my next session with him. Blake was understanding, competent, and caring. I highly recommend him and the entire Radiance experience.

My husband and I booked a couples massage and were really looking forward to it, especially after reading about the Spa Date package that included cheesecake and sparkling cider. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive either of those items, which was disappointing. The massages themselves were relaxing, but definitely not deep tissue as requested. It felt more like light pressure and didn’t really work out any tension. For the cost, we expected a more complete and professional experience. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t match what was advertised or what we hoped for. The ambiance was nice, but next time if we receive another gift card here, we’ll likely just pass it along to someone else.
