Alpine Dental

So once again after a yr ago, i went back to Alpine Dental Cheyenne, awesome service and friendly people there. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Didnt feel a thing. Had one tooth pulled, great Doc! For those who have not been back before 2 years ago, before 2024 since then great service, doc talks to you, assistants very informative and they all make feel comfortable. I'm actually going by my own experience, last time 2025 also very good experience. Great front desk performance by awesome friendly personnel! Came back because of the last service was great!.Have a beautiful everday Alpine Dental personnel!

I love Alpine Dental!! They care about me as a person not just a body in a chair with a mouth. I usually see Eliza. She is so kind and professional. She is gentle and very understanding. She was out this week when I went in and I had the joyous pleasure of Kaitlyn. She had the brightest smile and attitude. She answered all my questions with compassion, making sure I understood without any judgement. I really dislike going to the dentist and I admit it is never my top priority, but Alpine dental makes it easier in so many ways and I will always be grateful!

First visit as a new patient to Alpine Dental. I was so well taken care of, treatment was explained thoroughly, questions and concerns answered, explanation of my future treatment & timely appointments made. The entire team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!!

I have been going to Alpine Dental for over ten plus years my experience there today was nothing short of professional and great experience. All the staff is exceptional and friendly! My greeting from walking into the clinic from Gladys was the best in years! What a great front desk, checking in and checking out she was smiling, helpful and detailed! My hygienist is always gentle and friendly! Thank you Eliza! If you have anxiety about your appointments Eliza is an exceptional choice for your dental cleanings! Dr. Cyphers continues to be professional and excellent! She treats you like a real human, she listens and is very experienced. Thank you for continued, consistent, and exceptional dental care!

I don't know how to properly express my disappointment in this business. I had a simple cleaning and xrays. Totally covered by my insurance . The staff apparently didn't turn the claim into my dental insurance , but into my medical. The staff reached out a few months later asking me to confirm my coverage Information, which I promptly did. Over ONE year later I get a bill for $479. Yes...you read that correctly. This was only a yearly cleaning. My daughter pays cash for her dental (doesn't have insurance) and even with xrays the bill is rarely even approaching $150. But...I had insurance. Because their office staff apparently fumbled the procedure, the (obviously over charged) claim was denied. Now..over 18 months later they want me to pay $500 for a simple yearly visit. After many phone calls to the office, I expressed my concern that this entire process seems very "scammish" to me..perhaps even kicking the line on healthcare fraud. Even tho I haven't had this same Insurance for over a year, the billing manager told me she would "re-submit" the "claim". (Why didn't they just do that before you ask, I wondered the same). This brings us to current day...I now have been sent a new bill for $222 . I am nearly 2 years out from this office visit in May 2024. No explaining why. No info breakdown of why it was $500 in the beginning either . Be careful with this facility. I am at the point that I will be reporting them for insurance fraud.
