Dr. Krystal Massey has been exceptional with every service I’ve received. I’m consistently asked about my skin—and even my hair—which speaks to the quality of her work and the results she delivers. For the past three years, I’ve been doing PRP for hair restoration with her, and it has truly been a game changer. I’ve always been cautious about more advanced facial treatments, but Dr. Krystal’s medical expertise and thoughtful approach gave me complete confidence. Under her guidance, I now maintain a routine of Botox, regular microneedling, and laser resurfacing to achieve a smooth, polished complexion and refined pores. Her expertise, precision, and commitment to natural, beautiful results are unmatched. She is someone I trust completely—and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

The spa is very nice, warm, inviting, and comfortable. I have been there twice and both times am over 100% satisfied. I truly can't say enough about Shannon. She made me feel so comfortable and gives the best massage I've ever had not to mention she is a super nice person. I felt so much better after I left. It’s incredibly important to me to be treated by a physician, and knowing she is a board-certified dermatologist gives me total peace of mind. She does my Botox with such a natural touch that I never look “done” — just refreshed. I really feel like she tailors my treatments to my face in particular and can tweak things as needed. I have been seeing Dr Massey for many years now for dysport and botox. There is no better med spa in my opinion. I drive from Denver to Cheyenne to visit. The staff are excellent and their new facility is state of the art.
