Jeremy gave me a therapeutic massage and it was amazing. We talked about my problem areas and my body being in flight and fight mode. Spoke about everything he did and asked me if I wanted cupping done before just doing it. Would definitely recommend this place and will be returning!

Brenda Braswell was awesome! She wasn't afraid to get in there and work on my upper hamstring. I love her stretching also. Highly recommend her!

The owner of The Massage Company is discriminating, biased, and incompetent at running a business. My appointment and referral was scheduled and confirmed weeks in advance, but the owner refused service without reason. The owner was unprepared for business because she had moved locations for the third time in under a year and had no facility signage or reception staff in place; She was simply not ready to open. I arrived at my appointment early and since she was unprepared and could not find my paperwork, she noted I could only receive services if I paid extra cash. When I noted to her “this is not an appropriate manner to run a business,” the owner became angry and irritated. When I attempted to reschedule and re-confirm the referral with the VA, The Massage Company refused to provide me with service without reason and blocked my cell phone. At no time did I raise my voice, use foul language, or act in an inappropriate manner. The owner’s perception of conflict is her own insecurities, not the customers. The owner also allows employees to use the waiting room as a day care center. There are children of the employees sitting in the waiting room for hours on end, with no supervision, while customers come and go. The owner is incompetent of conflict resolution or problem solving and does not believe in taking care of customers as will be noted by her lengthy response to this review. When attempts were made via the VA and BBB to resolve or mend any perceived conflict, the owner outright refused engagement and continued to discriminate without reason. Furthermore, the owner thinks because the business is “part Veteran owned,” she can treat customers any way she wants and pick which ones she wants to refuse service without reason.

My daughter is very satisfied with her sports massage. She had been dealing with shoulder pain for awhile, and she felt immediate relief after her appointment with Miriam and she plans to go back.

I had a deep tissue massage with Sarah L. this afternoon. I highly reccommend her. She has an experienced and healing touch. She made several suggestions for me to use at home. I can't believe how much better I feel already and will be booking with her again.
