I wish there was a zero stars. Do not go book a hair appointment with them I got tinsel done she put four strands in the back of my head and said it was done and it still cost 15$. And put it too close to my scalp so it hurt. Do not recommend at all. This makes me not want to go to there store ever again.

Makayla was extremely rude and made me feel stupid when needing price clarifications. All of the “Christmas” sales were marked incorrectly and I went to checkout taking all of my items were on sale but marked too close to other sale things that made it seem lien it was on sale. My whole shopping experience was miserable

I get really annoyed when salespeople don’t listen to my “no thanks” when they ask for my personal information. I also don’t appreciate companies who push their employees to do this. Big or small, no means no.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the two women that helped me! Unfortunately I didn't but they were angels! The gal that color matched me was so sweet and I have never ever had a foundation match me so perfectly! When I had told them what I was looking for they immediately knew what product to recommend ( they suggested NARS foundation and it was perfect

Every company should have an Indra working there! Today I called because I am completely devastated over my skin cancer surgery scar and had saw some products online that I thought would help cover my scar. Indra was so supportive and reassured me that when I’m come in that they’ll work with me and help me feel beautiful again and reassured me and told me to never forget how beautiful I am and that no scar would change that. Thank you so much for being so kind and restoring my confidence. I can’t wait to come in today! Update. Went into the store and was helped by Misty who was just as amazing!!! Thank you Ulta!
