I highly recommend Dr. Green and Woodside Dental. He is professional, personable, and takes the time to explain your options thoroughly, providing educated information without pressuring you into procedures. He allows you to make informed decisions about your dental care, which I deeply appreciate. His staff is stellar and equally personable. They create a welcoming, comfortable environment and make every visit a positive experience. Dr. Green is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. In the past, I had dentists convince me into procedures that cost thousands of dollars, which ultimately failed and caused additional damage. Some of those experiences resulted in the loss of teeth and the need for implants due to poor advice and unsuccessful dental work. Dr. Green is different. His honesty, professionalism, and patient-centered approach truly set him apart. I trust his judgment and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients and their long-term dental health.

I've been a patient here for over a year and have had a great experience from the very beginning. The Dr Derek Green and the entire team truly care about their patients. You are always greeted by name, all questions are answered clearly and promptly, scheduling appointments is easy. I really appreciate that the cost is explained upfront so there are no surprises after the procedure. The atmosphere in the office is welcoming and positive, and the doctor and staff have a great attitude that makes you feel comfortable. I was especially nervous about getting dental implants, but the process was quick, smooth, and completely painless. I also completed my Invisalign treatment here and had a great experience with that as well. Everything was well explained, well planned, and the results exceeded my expectations. I also want to mention Bekah, who does my cleanings. She is always kind, gentle, and very thorough. She takes the time to share helpful tips on how to keep my teeth in good shape between visits, which I really appreciate. Andrew does a great job explaining the financial side and preparing clear quotes, which makes everything feel transparent and stress free. Madison at the front desk is always cheerful and helpful, especially with scheduling appointments. I am very happy with the care I receive here and highly recommend Dr Derek Green and his team!

What can I say.. Guy Burke and his entire staff are nothing but professional friendly and humble people. Mr Burt did exactly what he said he would do and the outcome was exactly as he said it would be this was not a patch like all of my other dental visits. this fixed my problem. I received teeth in a day and would have been happy with the ones they sent me home with.the final teeth that I received are nothing but spectacular and even though it took a little longer they wanted to make sure that everything was 100% everyone there was concerned about my outcome it's nice to know these days that people still care

I never thought an emergency root canal would be one of the most comfortable dental experiences I've ever had! For context, I have always had bad teeth and a horrible time at the dentist due to my autism and EDS. Between sensory issues, naturally chalky teeth, resistance to numbing, and sensitive gums, I was always left miserable with my mouth torn up after hours of nonstop poking and prodding and a major sense of guilt for issues that were in many cases exacerbated by my disabilities. Today I had to get a root canal due to a massive lost filling that had opened up and had irreparable damage. This is the only dentist I've seen that allows walk-ins for emergency issues like this. I'm so thankful for this team because they have THE best bedside manners I've witnessed. Even before the procedure they were very clear and upfront on cost so there's no surprise at the end of the appointment (if you have medicaid a root canal is only $600 which kind of blew my mind bc I was expecting to drop at least double that), and they never had a condescending tone at all. Everyone I interacted with was super down to earth and friendly, and you could just tell they are passionate about the work they do. They go above and beyond to make sure you aren't in pain, they let you take breaks or stretch whenever possible, and they are quick to communicate when they're about to do something uncomfortable or that would cause sudden pressure or any weird sensation that may be anxiety inducing. And throughout the whole procedure they were all cracking little jokes to lighten the mood and it just felt like everyone was really close without any superiority complexes between dentists and assistants (which I've seen before and it's crazy stressful to have grumpy people drilling in your mouth😬) And because I was having pain and sensitivity with the tooth, they were able to squeeze me in and even stayed after hours to get me taken care of! Another thing I want to mention is the tools and tech they used were all so cool! They did a full 3D scan of my teeth for the crown to make it the perfect shape, and it's a smaller detail but they also had this automatic suction thing that blocks the dust from going straight down your throat when they're drilling, which has always been my biggest sensory nightmare, honestly worse than the numbing needle😂(which btw I didn't even feel this time because it was so small) Overall I was very anxious going in due to past dental trauma, and was in tears the night before trying to compare different practices to avoid the pain I've gone through before, and I'm so glad I trusted the other reviewers. The number of positive vs negative reviews alone should tell you everything you need to know, and even those are each responded to directly by Dr. Green to resolve the issues. I'll be so sad if I ever leave Alaska and can't get my teeth done by this amazing team!

I am so glad I have found Dr. Green, he is very patient, knowledgeable and very nice. He explained to me very well what are my options. All the staff are so kind and nice to me as well. My crown on 2 front teeth broke down and he fixed it right away. I got a lot of compliments on how my new bridge looks very natural on me. Thank you Dr Green and staff! God bless!
