Dentist is AMAZING!! From extractions to fillings and even crowns, they have taken such good care of me. When I first saw the building during my first visit, I was a little skeptical — but I have truly never felt more comfortable with people working in my mouth. I had 5 extractions and a root canal, and I’m healing beautifully! They know me on a first-name basis, and I never have to repeat myself. Even though I don’t have everyone’s names memorized yet, each individual brings their own level of love and care. It honestly feels like a personalized, family experience every time I walk in. I’m so grateful for the comfort, professionalism, and attention they’ve shown me. I can’t wait to come back in July to continue the rest of my care! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here. Everyone was kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They took the time to explain things and genuinely made me feel cared for. Dental visits can be stressful, but this office made it much easier. I would definitely recommend them.

After being referred by my PCP/dentist, they got me in within an hour. When I couldn’t make the original time, they were happy to adjust my appointment. X-rays were done, the issue was clearly explained, and they recommended fixing it ASAP,which I agreed to. They scheduled me for the very next day. I was worried about childcare, but they reassured me it was fine to bring my toddler. When cost became a concern, they waived a fee so I could afford the procedure. On the day of the appointment, the dentist and assistant allowed my child to stay in the room, frequently checking on her and offering breaks or extra help if needed. The procedure was quick and went smoothly. Everyone from the clinical staff to the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating to both me and my child. I’m very grateful for the care we received.

Let’s start by saying I have a severe fear of the dentist. I’m talking anxiety that has me shaking. But everyone here from the moment I walked in the door was so nice. I have a horrible time keeping names straight these days, so I won’t name any specific people but honestly, everyone I talked to was very nice. They were chatting amongst themselves when no other patients were waiting and I loved the energy they all had with each other. I believe a happy team makes a big difference in a business and ultimately towards patients walking in the door. That energy just seeps right on through to everyone. Where I still had that mass anxiety, that good energy just helped. I loved that they laid out the procedures and costs before I had it all done and gave me a few options so I was not surprised by the bill at the end. The dentist explained things as he went which was helpful to me to kind of know what was happening and what was next. I will definitely be returning to finish off my dental work and bringing the family with me.

I was seen at Muldoon Dental Arts many times years ago. They gave me a bottom denture months after extracting my bottom teeth. I have never not even once been able to wear it as it wouldn't stay in my mouth and that was 4 years ago. The day I went to pick it up they couldn't get it to stay in my mouth even the dentist tried with no success. Finally the dentist throws his hands up in frustration and say's well these aren't going to stay in without dental implants. They were poorly made and ill fitting. I brought then home in a bag and tried over and over to get them to stay in my mouth it wasn't happing. He also cut off one of my front teeth crown's that I was having no problems with and replaced it with another crown that was poorly seated overlapping the tooth next to it the color didn't match the other crowned tooth and due to it being poorly seated it left a gap in which it allowed bacteria to get in causing decay. Now to top everything off I will be getting my top teeth extracted from another dental practice at my visit I was informed that I can't get a top denture claiming that I already got one from Muldoon Dental Arts. I told the new dentist I have obviously never gotten a top partial from any dentist and uh duh I still have my top teeth & that I got a bottom denture that I've never been able to wear from them but that's it. So now its a battle with medicaid because they did bill them and got paid for both a bottom and top denture. I have made quiet a few attempt's to reach out to them in order for them to remedy there huge mistake so that I can proceed with the urgent oral surgery I need. Infection had landed me in the ER I was diagnosed with nerve damage, facial droop & facial nerve palsy were the corner of my mouth pulls down making it look like I had a stroke. I have to wait to get the new denture I will be needing because of Muldoon Dental Arts. They finally admitted they made the mistake and could reimburse medicaid but to the best of my knowledge they did nothing to fix this continuing the delay in the dental work I desperately need. The type of infection i currently have can kill a person if left untreated not to mention making me look deformed. I would never and I mean never ever refer anyone to be seen at that practice! They have made my life miserable from being.....unprofessional, demonstrating poor work, deceitfull & billing out for dental services a individual never received.
