The Libby Group

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at ANY medical appointment. They listen, they address concerns and they educate without being condescending. I was treated like a human not a number or an insurance payment. Every single person that I had contact with was kind, caring and understanding. It was such a rare experience. I felt like I had a voice in the treatment plan and they understood my physical and mental limits and took that into consideration while we discussed the treatment plan. It seems that they have a team of incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable humans. In the past I would never recommend a dentist to anyone. I wish I had known about them years ago. If you have prior dental trauma or dislike the dentist, please give them a try. You will be glad you did.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Howell. I have 40 year old amalgam fillings and my molars are cracking. Dr. Howell listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, showed me photos of where my teeth were cracked, and explained all options and procedures. Dental assistant Ethel was very gentle and pleasant. They did a fantastic job numbing me up. Considering I was prepping for a root canal and crown placement, I couldn’t be more pleased with everyone. Hygienist Michelle did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She used a water floss to clean my teeth. It felt like a spa for my teeth! She educated me on tongue placement and proper cleaning techniques. She was awesome. The facility is lovely and the receptionists were very kind and personable. 10/10 recommend this office.

Last week, my 50+ year old filling partially came out of my molar. My usual dentist is my brother in Ohio. I asked my college for recommendation, and Dr. Howell came highly recommended by a trusted colleague and friend. His assessment of the Libby practice was spot on. He quickly gave me an appointment. I arrived early and they took me in early since I was there. My old filling was removed and the prep work done for a temporary Crown was completed in about an hour. I am very impressed with their efficiency, friendliness, and cleanliness. I recommend them highly.

Dr.Libby is the best dentist I have ever met, he is gentle, calm, very thoughtful and educated, the Libby group staff is amazing, empathetic, kind, and on top of it all! Going here was like going to a 5 star hotel, dentistry can be scary but with the Libby group they make it enjoyable and relaxing. I highly recommend them if you have any type of dental anxiety or just need top of the line 5 star care!

Efficient organization! My appointment was for 12:30 and that’s when I was called. The dental assistant introduced herself in the spotless examination room and after a few pleasantries we went to work. The assistant moved with purpose and proficiency. I understood what was needed and how to get the best results. When the doctor arrived, all of the preliminary work was done and accurate. Both the doctor and the assistant were genuinely friendly and I never got the feeling they were in a hurry. Professional in their approach? Absolutely. What a comfortable experience!!
