I had such a great experience. I’ve always been a little anxious about dental work, and I recently needed a few crowns. Dr. Crosby was so gentle, calm, and reassuring. He explained things clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He was able to do multiple crowns in one visit and my bite felt right immediately no soreness or adjustment needed afterward. The hygienist was also wonderful. She took her time, was really thoughtful, and made the cleaning feel gentle and relaxed. The whole office has a small, welcoming feel. Everyone is kind, easygoing, and not rushed. I was also impressed that Dr. Crosby called before my first appointment to welcome me, and again afterward to check on me. That personal touch is rare these days. I’m honestly grateful to have found this office and would highly recommend them. Britta

Dr Crosby has been my dentist since he started his practice in 1997. He is professional, utilizes the latest techniques and is very personable. I recently had issues with sore gums over a 3 day period, and was able to be evaluated by Dr Crosby in a very timely manner. Additionally his office staff Crystal and Eva are wonderful.

Dr. Richard Crosby, Crystal and Eva are amazing!!! Eva makes your appointment so seamless with such kindness. Crystal, the dental hygienist is wonderful at cleaning your teeth and is so sweet. Dr. Crosby has giving me such happiness with my smile. His knowledge of dentistry is an art. He always takes the time and talk about the health and appearance of your teeth. Dr. Crosby and staff are professional, welcoming, and always listen to and address concerns. We appreciate the high quality of medical care as well as the personal care of the whole staff. Most recently Dr. Crosby repaired two teeth that had been damaged by the poor work of a dentist from several years back. I am amazed by the quality of the outcome.
