Family First Dentistry

Highly Recommend Family First Dentistry - specifically Dr. Madsen and Sue (dental hygienist)! They both provide exceptional care, consideration and are both obviously passionate about helping their patients. Dr. Madsen is thorough, gentle in procedures, and a kind communicator. Sue does a wonderful job with her cleanings and providing tips in a very nonjudgmental way. They are great with follow up and despite having to have regular dental work - I always walk into appts not feeling stressed and trusting I will having a good experience. I have been going Family First Dentistry over 5 years now and am still grateful for what a more positive experience it has been over other dental offices I have tried in the past. I regularly recommend them to all of my friends.

It used to be good, but not anymore. I asked for consideration regarding my payment, but they’ve been very rude and unwilling to accommodate. They claim ‘Family First,’ but the name doesn’t seem to reflect that at all

Needed an emergency fix on a chipped tooth and they got me in ASAP as a new patient, the whole appointment took 45 minutes and it was less than what I was originally quoted over the phone. Bedside manner can’t be beat with Alicia and Dr. Masden (sorry if I am spelling these names wrong!), and the front desk staff were very welcoming. Cheerful, helpful, all around great experience here! Definitely recommend.

I have been seeing various dentists at Family First for years. Beyond the excellent quality of their work, they take the time to accommodate your needs, fully discuss treatment plans and options, and have always been able to flex around my schedule. All the staff I’ve worked with have been exceptional: friendly, respectful, professional. They understand family and have even gone out of their way to keep my kids busy when they had to come to a few of my appointments. I highly recommend Family First.

I have had a long history with Family First Dentistry and my experiences have always been first rate. Candice, my long time hygienist is always king and gentle with my cleanings. It didn’t take long to develop trust with her so now it is a stress free experience. While I don’t know any of the Dentists by name, my experiences with them have been courteous and professional. Each one kind and caring in their own way. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention their ultra friendly and helpful front desk staff. I’ve always felt like their team is on the side of my family. 5 stars.
