I had a great experience with Dr. Hyung and Eva. Dr. Hyung is very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Eva was incredibly kind and attentive, making the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. The office has a welcoming atmosphere, and I felt well cared for from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Hyung and Eva to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Dr choi, Julie, Anna and the ladies at reception were all very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Easily the best dental experience I've had since moving to Alaska. Will definitely be seeing them again.

I've been going there for a few years at this point, and keep returning, because I feel I'm getting the experience and service I expect. The entire staff that has ever interacted with me, have been so friendly, super professional, caring, clean with excellent follow up. I've found that I don't like making appointments, and would rather call them the day I'm ready to be seen. They have always been able to get me in, when I want, and sometimes have discovered additional problems with my teeth that need attention and have always been able to just carry on and add the additional work while I'm already there. They've even stayed way after hours to finish my work, because they understand that it's convenient for me. I love their flexibility, and "can do", positive attitude. They are always hungry to serve me and I really prefer doing business with people like them, especially these days. I love the vibe in the facility I go to, and I also give them a lot of praise, for their cleanliness and organization. The assistants talk so softly and politely, that they make a man melt like butter. The dentists are super respectful, and receptive to my needs, regarding my comfort and disabilities. I've never had a bad experience there, nor even a hint of negativity, in any way. It's rare these days as a consumer, to find businesses that are worthy of my patronage. I recommend this place, especially, if you expect excellent and consistent service, in a very welcoming and clean environment.

I can’t thank Dr. Hyung, Assistant Kelli, and the entire team at bty Dental enough for their amazing care. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely supported and at ease. The procedure I was so nervous about turned out to be so much easier than I ever expected. The only thing I felt was the quick numbing injections, and before I knew it, everything was done in about an hour! Their professionalism, kindness, and teamwork really stood out. Dr. Hyung’s skill and gentle approach, along with Kelli’s reassuring support, made all the difference. I truly felt like I was in the best hands.
