To call this man a doctor is a travesty! He lied on my op notes. Didn't do the surgery right. 14 years later I am finally getting the ovary that had cysts on it removed because it is now 26x the normal size! And while they're at it they're going to take out the tubes he decided to leave in there, the same ones that Providence magically did pathology on even though they were still in my body!! This man isn't qualified to spay a dog!!!!

From the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed. They answer any and all of your questions patiently and are incredibly transparent about pricing. Jaqueline talks you through every step of the process. Before we started she listened intently to my skin goals and gave me realistic expectations. We made a plan of action to meet my goals! Facial work can be extremely intimidating but she goes above and beyond to comfort your mind. I found myself forgetting I was in a physicians office and relaxing. They are the kindest and most talented health and beauty professionals! I’ve used them for lip filler, Dysport and now Fraxel Laser and Microneedling. I cannot recommend this practice more!

Don’t use this Doctor. I went for Dysport injections to reduce the lines between my eyebrows and it was a disaster. My eyebrows drooped and are completely frozen except for the edges that lift up and make me look like Spock! The lines I wanted to reduce are still there. Nothing changed except my forehead and eyebrows are completely paralyzed. I went for a consult today at a plastic surgeons office in anchorage to see what they thought and was told that who ever did this to my face sis a very very bad job. I recommend you Stay Away from this place and go to someone who is more reputable.

I went in for laser hair removal and had a fantastic experience. I'm not done with my set of treatments yet, but four sessions in and I'm thrilled with the results I've gotten. I was very insecure about the amount of thick, coarse facial hair I had on my face, but after four sessions it's mostly gone and I have no doubt it will be gone by the time my treatment ends. The staff has always treated me with respect and shown me nothing but professionalism. I don't look forward to being in pain from the laser (although it has gone down significantly), but I know I'm in good hands when I come here and I'm so glad I chose this place.

Jacqueline Biehl is the best! She showed concern, very friendly, and knowledgeable. She responds to my messages even after office hours & weekends. I saw a huge difference on my skin! She did laser hair removal & microneedle. The staff is friendly too. I highly recommend her!
