Today was my first time visiting and I will definitely be returning. It only took me 2 years of living in anchorage to finally find the perfect brow artist (threading & tint). She was so sweet and nice and did an amazing job! She took her time and it was very relaxing with zero pain! The bed/table was so comfortable and even heated. 10/10 recommend!

Ember Esthetics is the best! I’ve been seeing Rachael regularly for all of the things (my favorites are brow threading and lash lifts) and I always feel well cared for and leave feeling beautiful. Rach is so lovely, inside and out, and she’s so fun to talk to. I appreciate the COVID precautions and always feel safe because masks are required. (I only have to remove my mask for quick lip and chin threading.) They prioritize making the space a queer- and BIPOC-friendly, welcoming environment, which can be rare in the beauty industry. And the studio is just the cutest. Rachael’s been helping me even out my brows after overplucking (the unevenness in my pic is my own fault lol) I’ve gotten lash extensions with adorable charms for special occasions and they turned out awesome, even on my small eyes. She’s also wonderful, gentle, and thorough (and apologetic 🤣) at body waxing and sugaring. You’d think it couldn’t get any better, but then you get to meet Rachael’s sweet little chihuahua Spoon! Pro tip: bring healthy treats, like dehydrated salmon (from AK Bark), and have Spoon show you his amazing tricks!

I found Ember Esthetics on instagram and have been going to Rachel ever since! Her consistent attention to detail and amazing quality of work keeps me coming back. She always makes an effort to make sure her clients are comfortable and happy with the results of their services. The facility is clean and there is a conscious effort to make sure everyone is protected with masks. I appreciate the thought that goes into every aspect of this business. Rachel slays my brow waxes and lash lifts every time!

I just wanted to get on here to say how much I adore ember esthetics. Not only are the providers so good at their jobs, but they are kind, patient, and the studio itself is so beautiful. This is clearly a place designed to be inclusive of all. Furthermore, I was really nervous about the waxing experience and it’s so smooth and successful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for waxing, lashes, facials, and beauty services !
