Thao and Chloe are absolutely amazing permanent makeup artists! Working in the permanent makeup industry myself, I know a good brow from a bad one. Thao and Chloe do some of best work I've ever seen. They are the best in Alaska! From start to finish, I had an incredible experience with both my brows and lips. It's been nearly a year post appointment for me and they still look great!

Thao is AMAZING! She take her time to make sure my eyebrow matches my face. From the thorough consultation to the actual procedure, she was very honest and know her work best. During the procedure she make sure I was not in pain and constantly ask if I need more numb cream. She carefully designed my eyebrows to my liking and did such a wonderful job.

She did my brows awhile back and they turned out okay shape wise. She had a lot of passive aggressive comments about my appearance while trying to find the right brow shape for my face which made me feel pretty bad about myself. I also told her I wanted them darker. She said she would not do that this time and said would do it at next appointment. When I tried to schedule my next appointment later on she said she didn't have appointments anytime soon, I told her I can wait and just put me on the next available time and then she just ignored all my messages from there. So, I never got my touch up done. They ended up being somewhat patchy after healing and certainly not what I was hoping for. I spent a lot of money for this service and it was really disappointing. I wish I went elsewhere.

They are very talented. Thao is one of the best permanent makeup artist I know. I strongly recommend for anyone who need eyebrows or lips done. Thao and Chloe is super cute too. Let them help you!

I first went to thao end of july to get my brows done, she did a great job however my dissatisfactory came from the 2nd time she did my retouch. I originally scheduled my appointment w her at 11:30 in the morning but a week later she asked me if we can change it to 2:30 which I said was fine. But a day before my actual appointment, she switched it to 9:00 AM first before she even asked me until I got an email confirmation and when I was about to text her, that’s when she sent me the text asking if we can switch it to 9:00 AM instead which to my response was if this was final with her change my appointment many times. She also did this the first time I did my eyes brows with her however I let it slide as I understood the situation. I came before 9:00 AM for the appointment to find out she wasn’t even opened yet, I waited almost 15 minutes for her to come. This started to irritate me as I felt as though she did not value or even consider MY time. After she did my retouch of her measuring my eye brows I looked in the mirror and it looked okay, until I got home and other people realized my eye brows were NOT symmetrical. The left brow was higher and the right brow was more inward compared to the left. I now HATE my eyebrows unlike the first time she did them. I texted her asking if she can correct them but then she told me I had to pay $150 for her to correct as her small business time was valuable - what about mine and my money , the service I paid for? I had assurance with her when she measured my eyes brows since she was the professional and don’t get me wrong it did look okay in the mirror until actual other people pointed it out and the more I looked at it, it was indeed not symmetrical. I get that brows are supposed to be sisters and not “twins” but she was supposed to keep them as symmetrical or close as she can with each other but no. The left brow is higher and the right brow is more inward and instead of her taking responsibility she blamed it on me, that I did not make sure it was symmetrical! I had a co-worker who just got her eye brows done with her based off of my recommendation and she saw my eyes brows in person after the retouch and now she is worried of coming back for her own re-touch. This was not professional in my opinion and the fact that she blamed it on me and made it seem like her time is more valuable than mine left a bad taste. I do not recommend on going here because if they make a mistake, it’s on you! After I sent this review to her FB page I saw that it was gone and that the page seemed to no longer be available. After she texted me telling me to stay calm when I reached out to her via text the next day after our appointment and that I can ask any profession I have to wait 6-9 months for her to retouch which she was telling me I needed to pay $150 for her to correct - I did reach out to someone else and all I did was show a picture and they knew right off the bat my eyes brows were not even. I was advised a retouch can be done in 6 weeks and it could have been corrected the next day which btw when i reached out to her it was the next day
