Mark has an exceptional amount of knowledge about the body, techniques and nutrition and is always finding ways to continue education to be the most informed. I've been struggling with Chronic Pain for many years and have begun seeing Mark regularly for treatment. I am 40 years old, and I have suffered for 19 years with lower back pain, and hip pain due to menstrual cramps and childbirth. Some years after my first child was born my stomach lining became inflamed and caused me constant pain. I've always had bad menstrual cramps since I was young. Since having children they have gotten even worse. I lived on Advil and Tums for many years and eventually became immune to the Tums and Advil no longer work. I met Mark many years ago through a mutual contact. Mark listened to the health issues that I was currently having, which includes Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain and Migraines. Through his help, I no longer need opiates for daily pain by following his simple, easy to understand protocols, my fibromyalgia and migraines are currently under control and I now am able to do what I love, be with family and friends and enjoy my life again.
