LUX Infusion

Reception, care, and follow-up were lacking. I've been to Lux in the past, and they were always great. This time not so much. I was at the Palmer location last week, and they were wonderful even with an emergency in progress at the time of my visit. This week at the Anchorage location, I was very disappointed.

Lux is amazing! It’s just as its name implies: a luxury experience. I’ve been going there for infusions for 4 months now and have had a great experience every time, and with each new person I’ve met! I go to the Valley location in Palmer. The center is very modern and clean. There are several chairs side by side with privacy dividers and one infusion suite. All chairs are recliners with the ability to be heated and enable massage, and the suite has a large tv for patient use. The center offers amenities that make it stand out as a “luxury” experience including snacks, drinks, tea, coffee and aromatherapy options. When I switched my care to Lux, I had no idea I would be pampered during a routine medical procedure! The staff is all wonderful! All nurses and nurse practitioners are friendly and make me feel welcome. They are always checking in and asking if I need anything. When I first started going to Lux, my infusion medication made me really sick. The staff took care of me and literally put heated blankets on me when I wasn’t feeling well. They worked with me, carefully adjusting my pre-med routine and infusion rate until I can gladly say, I no longer get sick at all!!! I highly recommend Lux! You will not be disappointed.

Lux Infusion, and every single staff member are truly incredible. They have taken care of infusions when I was very ill and I was always taken care of like family. I have ongoing infusions with them currently for a different health issue. They are professional, excellent at starting Ivs (if ya know, ya know), and every single person is so very kind. They get to know who you are, and if there's an issue of any kind- I trust them to take care of it. Lux Infusion is one of the best places I have ever recieved care. They are thorough, document actively, and work in teams. I could go on and on about how wonderful they are. But this would be a novel. If you have the option to get treated at Lux, I wholeheartedly can say that they are who you want to go to. Warm blankets, eye masks, coffee, snacks and drinks,

What a wonderful place for your vital needs. If you are low in energy this is the place to be...stop by and try their vein bar....such wonderful customer service and assistance from all the staff. A fun friendly healthy experience...and they got great snacks🤣...thanks everyone

I have been receiving remicade infusions for more than 20 years. I live in New Hampshire. I have been to infusion centers in Maine, New Hampshire, Florida, as well as in my own home. Lux Infusion was, without any doubt, the very best infusion experience I have ever had. I communicated with Hiedi to schedule my visit. She was extremely nice. From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed. Everyone was so nice. The RNs, NP, and doctor were all very pleasant. The doctor even brought me a cup of coffee. I highly recommend Lux Infusion. My wife and I are visiting Alaska for the summer. I have another appointment at Lux, late August. Thank you all, Dana Haley
