While planning our vacation to Alaska, I decided it was time to address my persistent migraines. After researching online and consulting academic sources, I chose to visit Ketwell, Alaska. Dr. Ashraf, the medical director, was knowledgeable about both the clinical and personal aspects of ketamine infusions. My provider was personable, friendly, and understanding. Ketamine treatment isn't suitable for everyone, but for those who haven't found relief through traditional methods, it is a medically safe and effective option. For individuals willing to experience the effects of ketamine to gain its benefits, it is worth considering.

Game changing experience, with some of the best professionals you'll find ! Especially where you need them- in the medical profession! Bryn, Maite, Mo and Kim are so accommodating, fun, and make you feel extremely comfortable with the treatment. The treatment itself may seem intimidating at first but after you are in their comfort, you'll feel reassured and know why ketamine is used for improving your mental health! As an Alaska Transplant from Utah, I was grateful to find a ketamine infusion clinic that could continue the care I received in Utah. Transferring was as easy as a signed release of information and a fax and I could schedule. The treatments are $500 per infusion, a couple hundred dollars higher than Utah, but not unreasonable considering that the infusions have completely changed and maintained my mental health status from completely dysfunctional and debilitated to damn near completely functional. The office is a shared medical building and they are on the second floor. There is a single chair available for waiting directly outside the clinic space. More seating accommodations would be appreciated especially because there are often multiple patients and their escorts waiting for their appointment at once. The rooms are comfortable though blankets and pillows for extra comfort would be nice. As well as a nicer chair for the escort. The clinic is well deserving of this 5-star review. Dr. Ashraf, Bryn, and Maite have been a pleasure to work with. Thanks

Words can’t describe the level of care I received at the Institute, everyone involved in the process is so kind, from Maite the care coordinator who answers any and all questions you may have at the drop of a hat, to Mara and Dr. Ashraf, their bedside manner is second to none, it shows in this that they truly care for their patients and want what’s best for them. As for the infusions, my life is changed 75% for the better, I will tell anyone that it is the best thing I have ever done for myself., I wish I was able to do it years ago,. I cannot wait to see what the future holds after my next couple appointments.
