I had a really positive experience with the medical team during my appointment. They were professional, attentive, and made me feel well cared for. I did have a less pleasant interaction with one of the front desk staff members during check-in and check-out, as she wasn’t very friendly. That said, her coworker, a gal with long brown hair, handled my checkout and was kind and helpful. Overall, the quality of care is excellent, and most of the staff are wonderful.

I was a new patient. Was able to make an appointment the next day. Sat in the lobby for two seconds before I went back to a room and the doctor came in shortly after that very little wait time. The doctor was great. Overall experience definitely 10 out of 10.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Brown for skillfully removing a marble-sized sebaceous cyst from my face. The procedure was performed with exceptional care and expertise, and I felt completely at ease throughout the process. Dr. Brown and her outstanding nurse provided attentive, professional support, ensuring my comfort and well-being every step of the way. I truly appreciate their dedication and high standard of care. Dr Brown was wonderful! She is empathetic, caring and has a great bedside manner. Nice comfortable office with things for the kids to do. Office staff were very busy and I felt like a little bit of an inconvenience to them, I understand being busy but a smile and warm welcome go a long way. Scheduling is pretty tight, wasn’t able to get back in with Dr Brown in the time she wanted to follow up.

I came in for a full body skin check. I arrived about 15 minutes early and I was taken to a room right away. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything that she was looking at. I was walking out the door before my scheduled appointment time.
