Unfortunately, I cannot give more than 5⭐️’s. My experience with Dr. Lakhkar was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and came up with a plan for treatment. Very patient taking time to explain everything that I needed. The receptionist Jen, also amazing 5⭐️’s for her as well. Super sweet and efficient. Worked around my hectic schedule with ease. Highly recommend this place and everyone working in it. Thank you ladies!!!

I want to start off by saying that the past 2 times that I have been seen by this practice, they ran just about hour late (extremely behind). I highly recommend that patients do not book appointments elsewhere after being seen by this practice as they take a long time. For my most recent appointment, I waited for 45-50 minutes before I was seen and it was only for a 15-20 minute cleaning. I had to look around & ask twice when I would be seen - and I was told the dentist/hygienist is busy & will get to me soon. During my cleaning, I had an experience when my mouth was left extremely dry due to the dental vacuum equipment hanging in my mouth like a hook. In addition, I have very sensitive teeth, and have been traumatized by the hygienist here when they clean. They CONTINUED to clean deep even though I was in pain. Once my cleaning was finished, I was given toothpaste that says EXPMA24 (expired toothpaste y’all!). At my initial appointment, I was also quoted for fillings which cost about $480 up-front. Shortly before I became a patient here, I was told at my previous dental practice that I didn’t need fillings. I believe the wait time, dry mouth and painful cleaning, and expensive up-front cost made my experience not so pleasant. This sounds like a practice that just wants your money and doesn’t care about quality of care (unless you have all of the time in the world to wait around). I have tried to be understanding, I just want new patients to know what they’re getting themselves into.

I have avoided the dentist for a few years now due to my sensative teeth and less than pleasureable experiences. I recently visited Cranston Cosmetic, and I have to say, it was perfect. Donna D. took her time, addressed my concerned, and took special care. Coupled with Dr Shrethsta, I am no longer fearful of pain that I may experience at the dentist. Well done and thank you.

I can honestly say that this is the first time I have ever felt completely comfortable and even had fun at the dentist’s office. Dr Lakhar is incredibly knowledgeable, capable, and kind. I feel that I am in very good hands.
