Highly recommend Dr John Kowaoka. He is smart, kind, has a good sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. I also like that he is always accompanied by a student or resident. The front office staff is insanely rude. But the rest of the team is very very nice

Clinicians are great, making appointments is an absolute nightmare. I've been a patient here for 15 years and it just keeps getting worse. It takes at least 10 minutes on hold to get to speak with someone to make an appointment. there are three different locations but the schedulers have to individually search each. Most doctors are booking SEVEN months out. Making an appointment at one of the locations requires a transfer to another extension, when they transfered me the call dropped. I called back, and got the number to call directly, but it was only a busy signal. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous.

They are awful for communicating. It took me about 1 month to get in contact with someone to just get an appointment scheduled. Another time I was left on hold for 15 minutes and was hung up on. Then called back again and was hung up on again. Called back for a third time and finally got someone but was redirected to another office. Not only did I receive another patients information but my appointment location was changed without being informed. Looking for a new recommendation.

Impossible to get a simple prescription refilled. Pharmacy faxed refill request multiple times with no response. I called the office after a couple of days, administration said she would message the Dr. Still no response a day later so I called back the next day and was told to leave message on nurse line - they check it every 30 mins and would take care if this. 2 1/2 hrs later nothing done. Called back again to speak with practice manager, was told she would call me back - no call.
