I had an incredible HydraFacial at The Facial Aesthetic Center of Rhode Island with KiKi. From the moment I walked in, the space was spotless and calming. KiKi explained every step, customized the treatment to my skin, and had the most gentle, confident touch. The cleanse, exfoliation, and hydration left me glowing immediately—with zero redness or downtime. I appreciated her honest product recommendations (no pressure!) and the simple tips she gave me to keep my results lasting. My skin looks smoother, brighter, and more even than it has in ages. I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. The office is spotless and inviting from the moment you walk through the door. You feel relaxed and the staff is so knowledgeable and super friendly. They gave me lots of suggestions about the skincare lines and there’s a great selection of the best products including a full line of SkinCeuticals which is my all time favorite. I had a micro needling treatment with Christine. She was very accommodating, professional, and totally awesome! Prior to my procedure, she asked if I wanted a heated bed and put on spa music and made sure I felt comfortable . I left with great samples. So glad to find this gem! I will be back again soon.

I recently received an amazing facial! I've been a client of FAC in East Greenwich for several years, but this treatment, was done in their fabulous new location at their Skin Lab in Providence. The team in both locations is knowledgeable, professional, and always makes me feel like a VIP! If you haven't booked an appointment yet, now you have multiple locations to select from! I’ve been here a couple of times prior but saw someone else and while I liked the service, today I saw Savannah and she is amazing. I got the hydro facial instead of the signature facial I would get based on her recommendation after listening to my skin concerns. She is very thorough and knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain products. It seems she genuinely cares for her clients to feel their best and achieve their skin goals. I look forward to my next appointment with her. Front desk staff is also very welcoming and friendly.
