The girls are always friendly and make me feel completely comfortable. What I appreciate most is how knowledgeable and thorough they are. They take the time to listen to what I want, explain the process, and make thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. The results are always natural and exactly what I’m looking for — refreshed and subtle, never overdone. Consistency is everything when it comes to Botox, and they deliver every single time. The girls at BIO Medpsa are great! I have had vitamin shots, microneedling and Botox done T their Johnston location. They take the time to understand my needs and help me develop a skincare plan right for me. They also take time to explain what is going to happen and what I can expect after treatments.

Steph and Ciara are warm and personable, and booking with them is always effortless. I love their vitamin shots and IV drips, I consistently leave feeling refreshed and energized.
