Beautiful place and she's very nice. However, I showed her what I wanted and we mapped it out. After noticing my eyebrows were not at all what we agreed on during the mapping process I asked for them to be fixed. She said we couldn't do it until they were healed. That's fine. I agreed. Washed my face with what she gave me and the next day I woke up with the ink falling off in clumps and the tip of my brow bloody. Took a pic and texted her at 630am and argued with her all day for a refund which she refused. I even said I would take a $100 less than I paid so she could still get paid for her time. Nothing. I reported her to the BBB so hopefully we can come to some agreement. My wedding is in 6 months and now I have to pay to have them fixed all over again. Absolutely insane. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here smh only giving one star because I have to give something to post this review

I first went to Kathy at the Brow Boutique to have my eyebrows done, and I absolutely love the results! She truly has an eye for detail and made me feel so confident! Since then, I’ve been seeing her for tattoo removal sessions, and she has been incredible. Kathy is so gentle, patient, and takes the time to walk me through every step of the process, which makes the experience so comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful brows or tattoo removal services — you’ll be in amazing hands!

I absolutely love my results! I’ve done both micro blading and nano blading with Kathy and my results are nothing short of perfection! Kathy’s attention to detail and finesse are what makes the results so perfect. Kathy also does mini tattoos and I’m over the moon with mine! I can’t wait to go back for more!
