I had an amazing experience with Nixsa. I went in for a facial which was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had. She did a great job at creating a relaxing atmosphere while working on my skin. Upon arriving Nixsa also informed me that I would be receiving a foot massage which I initially turned down. I am very self conscious of my feet and it would also be the first time receiving such a massage. Well, she did not allow me to turn it down and let me tell you at how grateful I was for her not letting me. The woman ( I apologize for not remembering her name) worked on my feet for about 25 minutes of my 1 hour appointment and when she was done I asked Nixsa, “Where did she go?”. All in all I loved my experience at Mint!

Hidden gem. When we walked through the door it felt like a Beverly Hills salon. Staff is on point with politeness and professionalism. Knowledge of the services performed is top notch. Would definitely recommend. Great prices, with the inflated cost of everything they are the best deal in the state.

Very misleading and dishonest. I was told at my initial booking that my deposit was fully refundable. I had attended a few consistent appointments with Karen which where great.....until unfortunately I had to acquire a second job which would make it impossible to go to another appointment anytime soon. I asked that upon my first cancellation which was done over a week out (more than 24 hours) that the initial deposit be refunded due to the uncertainty of when I am able to rebook. I was told it is now non refundable and just keeps literally being carried over and over but never applied to services. It should be stated that to ever have an appointment it is a $25 never refundable nor able to apply to services fee. It is highly upsetting and Karen lost a client. Honesty up front is best. This is only $25 but theft none the less. I have yet to get a response from the owner.

I can’t speak high enough to the level of professionalism, service and care I experienced at Mint. I’ve been getting facials for years and nothing compares to Mint! I highly recommend visiting them and checking out all of their services. Next time I’m back in Providence, I’ll be booking an appointment.

Mint has been my go to for makeup, facials, microblading and lash extensions for years! Now added manicure and pedicure to top it off! Their service are A+ I really recommend Mint ! They are the best you wont regret it!
