Salon Thread

Wish I could give no stars. I went here a few months ago with my mom because I wanted her to try a new place and it was in a nice area in Providence so why not. For starters we were on time a few minutes before our appointment I understand they weren’t open yet but they also left us outside waiting for 15 mins past their opening time. Upon getting inside since we were the first customers of the day we were treated fairly quick. The young girl who assisted me she was very nice, however, I could tell something was wrong by the amount of pain I was feeling and the amount of times her thread broke when she was servicing me. I had a thread and lamination & tint done . Because I’ve always been passive and calm when I got up from the chair and noticed she had severely cut me, I dint say anything and went to the register and the lady just looks at me and says “omg I’m so sorry” are you sure you’re okay and hands me a tissue. You would think she would say no on the house or give me a discount or something. She didn’t she charged me full price even after that horrible job. I walked out made no scene just told myself I would never go there again. I suggest no one does. I hate this was the experience my mom received. They also messed up her eyebrows as well. Just AWFUL!!!

The staff is friendly, and the prices are great. They also do a fantastic job with eyebrows.

Excellent service. I have my lashes done all the time and they always look fabulous top-notch service run. Don’t walk to have the service done.

I had done my eyebrows Microshading this week with Cassya and she did great job. First time trying something like this out, of course I was hesitant. She explained that you really should only do microblading twice, because as you re-scar the area, cutting again, coloring, the line becomes less distinct and individual each time. This made a lot of sense. Although I never even tried microblading, I decided to go ahead with her recommendation and just get the power brows from the get go. I plan on regular touchups ad infinitum, every year ot two, or whenever required. I couldn't be happier with the results!!!! Looks completely natural!! end of story, I am incredibly satisfied Thanks ,Cassya ! Keep Killin it!

I’m never going to this place ever again. The lady clearly doesn’t have any experience doing eyebrows. I told the lady I wanted my eyebrows thick and arched and this is what I got
