Thai Tranquility Bodywork

I am used to enjoying Thai massages--here in the US and in Thailand. When I lived in Los Angeles, I would typically treat myself to one at least once a month. You can imagine how over the moon I was to find this place in lil' Rhody. Thai massages are dry massages and involve a lot of gentle stretching and some acupressure. I typically leave energized and not sleepy. The massage quality is at par with what one would expect for this modality. I have no complaints here. The only setback is the service rate. This place, perhaps due to lack of competition, is pricey. This has prevented me from coming regularly. That said, if you've never had a Thai massage before and are curious about what makes it different--while not planning to visit Thailand soon, or any other state where there are more spas offering this service--then do visit Thai Tranquility Bodywork. It's worth being familiar with Thai massage, and this place does a good job.

This place is unbelievable. I have been going here for 4 years. This is a family run business with a lot of great people working there. It's always clean, professional and fun! If you like deep tissue this is the place to go to. Thai massage is the best massage. If you haven't tried please do. Your will feel brand new!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Thai Tranquility! Everyone there is so, so kind and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is calming, clean, and truly relaxing. I’ve been to almost every massage place in Rhode Island, and I always end up coming back to Thai Tranquility because it’s just that good. The quality of the massages is unmatched — they really listen to what you need and make sure you leave feeling refreshed and completely taken care of.❤️

Beyond thrilled to have found this place. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. I had a two hour Thai massage with Anne. It was phenomenal! Thorough, comfortable, and she checked in enough to make me feel like I could share feedback about pressure and the stretches. Which wasn't really necessary, because her intuition was spot on! It's a clean facility, and the ambiance is conducive to relaxing. I bought two more, two hour sessions for when I am back in the area.

My better half and I have been coming here for the past 6 years. In addition, we have referred a number of friends and family members. My better half and I might be a little sore afterwards, but we both have so much more mobility. You can let the therapist know your desired level of pressure. We highly recommend Thai Tranquility!
