Michelle was amazing. I explained what I had going on and she took her time explaining every step of what she planned to do and then did exactly what she explained before she started. I had a nasty knot in my shoulder for months and she worked it right out. 85-90% relief after the first visit. I booked two more sessions before I left that night. 10 of 10 would recommend to family and friends

My husband and I have been going to Michelle monthly for a few years now. She's great and knows exactly what we need! Highly recommend! Her studio is quiet and clean and she plays whatever you like for the background music.....I love my whale sounds and she puts it on for me!

I came here on 2/10/2025. Michelle’s studio was easy to find and very relaxing. When I walked through Total Alleviation I felt automatically transported to a serene state of mind. Lights were dim, reiki stones were beautifully displayed, and the white sage burning was the perfect add to the session. I received an Epiphany Massage. The whole session was amazing. Michelle walked me through everything that was gonna happen during the session and didn’t leave one detail out which I love ! The massage was amazing ! It was relaxing and Michelle worked on some problem areas as well. When I left I felt relaxed, rejuvenated and feeling lighter and more enlightened. I will be back and refer my friends here as well.

Michelle Souza is an amazing massage therapist! She personalizes each visit and helps to alleviate whatever aches or pains you may have. She takes notes on each session such as preferences of massage techniques, chronic pain, and musical tastes then reviews them at the beginning of your next session. Michelle has a bubbly personality and makes you feel welcome the minute you enter her zen-like office. I definitely recommend her.
