Unprofessional, Assumptive, and Deflective I reached out to this business with a respectful question about their clothing policy for massage services. I had recently gone to another massage place whose website didn’t clarify that clothing was required. When I arrived, they told me I had to remain fully clothed or be charged half the fee if I canceled. To avoid another situation like that, I asked this business directly what their policy was. Instead of responding professionally, they replied with an inappropriate and accusatory message, stating, “We do not massage genitalia”—which I never asked about or even implied. I was shocked at the assumption. I gave them a chance to clarify or apologize, but their follow-up message only shifted blame onto me. They said that if I had first mentioned that the other place made me wear jeans and a T-shirt, the misunderstanding wouldn’t have happened. That’s not accountability—that’s deflection. All I did was ask a simple question to avoid wasting time and money. A professional should be able to explain policies without jumping to offensive conclusions or projecting intent onto a client. This experience left me feeling disrespected and unfairly judged.It didn’t feel like a true apology nor did they even attempt to clean up their mess! Now I’m left with no appointment at all which I was looking forward to as all the reviews looks great but it is what it is! If you’re looking for a business that communicates clearly and treats people with professionalism and respect, I do not recommend this one.

LOVELY massage was exactly what I needed. I’ve had many massages before this, but Cheryl is one of the best! Before the massage, we spoke of my areas of tension and concern. Cheryl was sure to address them and then some! She created a very relaxing, calming, and healing environment. I absolutely enjoyed every minute and only wished it was longer! Booking with Cheryl was simple and fast, through text. Would HIGHLY recommend!! I will be back for sure!

The owner, Cheryl, replies promptly by text and is friendly and pleasant in person. Her therapy dog, Mason, is the sweetest! The atmosphere is calming, welcoming and comfortable. I had a massage with Stephanie and it was absolutely wonderful: She is obviously very experienced because her hands are skilled at both strength and softness. I regularly receive massages and she found spots near my collarbone and at the back of my hips that I didn't know needed work and had never massaged before.

Just book the appointment! I promise you will leave there feeling 100 xs better than when you walked in. I saw Stephanie for a deep full body tissue massage and let me tell you… best massage ever! Stephanie knows exactly what she is doing and is very kind. I honestly feel like 10 pounds were lifted of my neck & shoulder. Stephanie works wonders & always made sure I was comfortable at all times. Cheryl & her staff are very welcoming. The place is very clean and spacious. I highly recommend!

I last minute decided to book a massage and facial for my birthday and despite being booked, Cheryl went the extra mile to accommodate me. I had a full massage and facial and they were both extremely relaxing. Cheryl is clearly very talented, professional, and so kind. I also loved her dog, Mason, who was so friendly and so cute. I recommend her a million percent and more!
