Cute little place. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They do both walk-in’s and appointments but if you know you want to come here I would recommend making an appointment. They were a little behind for my appointment but it wasn’t a crazy long wait and definitely worth it. The piercing itself didn’t hurt much and they told me how to properly care for it as part of the aftercare. They had a standard jewelry that comes with the price of the piercing and have other jewelry options that cost extra.

Kenny was amazing… Super professional and thorough. Came in for both lobes… left happy… $85 for both with jewelry and this kind of service is crazy good. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks Kenny

Great piercing experience all-around. Clean and welcoming space, everyone on staff who I interacted with was wonderful. Kenny was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make me comfortable during the ear piercing process. I ended up having some issues a few weeks after the initial piercing, and Kenny was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Haven't had any issues since and everything is healing nicely :) Really appreciate everyone at P&I, highly recommend!

I got my second lobe piercing today by Kenny! It was a super cool environment! They all helped me relax. They were very encouraging but not pushy. And ✨free snacks ✨ Kenny and Ava were really cool and easy to talk to. Kenny explained what he was doing and explained aftercare really well. The environment was clean and very sanitary!

My girls, 9 and 7, and I had an amazing experience with Kenny yesterday. He was professional and kind - definitely put my girls at ease. When one of them had a little freak out after her first lobe was done (anticipating the 2nd), he was patient and gave her the time she needed to talk though it and calm down. We didn’t feel rushed or like her anxiety was annoying. He was just so wonderful with the kids. I highly recommend Kenny! Also, don’t forget to tip your artist 🙃
