Where do I start!!! An Outstanding Lymphatic Drainage Experience! From the moment I stepped into Mayara’s spa, I felt my whole body start to unwind. The studio is stunning—modern, calming, and beautifully designed. The welcoming area with tea, water, and soothing music immediately set the tone for a relaxing experience. Once inside the treatment room, Mayara explained everything with such clarity and care that I felt completely at ease. The massage itself was incredible—far beyond anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. She combined traditional lymphatic drainage with innovative tools like red light therapy for my abdominal inflammation, gentle electro-stimulation, and continuous leg and foot work that made the entire session feel luxurious and deeply therapeutic. What truly sets Mayara apart is her professionalism and knowledge. She took the time to explain each lymph node and how the treatment benefits the body. I learned so much about my own digestive system and realized how much I needed this level of care. After the session, I slept better than I have in a long time and felt noticeably lighter and less bloated. The results were immediate. It’s a true gift to have someone as skilled and passionate as Mayara here in Rhode Island. Her spa is gorgeous, her technique is exceptional, and the healing she provides is real. Upon entering, the physical space was appealing. I had a wonderful session with Paula and felt so much better afterwards. Paula was very professional and fun to talk with. I had the full body treatment with also one particular thing. I had lymphedema in my right arm following shoulder surgery. It was bothering me but feels quite a bit better now. I highly recommend this practice. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a great experience. Paula was very personable and made me feel comfortable. I went for a lymphatic drainage massage and instantly felt lighter afterwards. I noticed the difference in my stomach afterwards. Days after I feel more mobility, lighter and less puffy. Would recommend.
