I met with Karli and had a great experience. She is so friendly, professional, attentive to detail making me feel very welcome! We discussed my interest in having my arms worked on and how I wanted to get beach ready! I could ask her any question and received all my concerns made at ease. Unfortunately due to a medical issue I cannot go forward with my surgery appointment. Once things are resolved I will definitely reach back out to Karli for assistance! I hope your other staff are as comforting and caring! Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sono Bello. My consultation was done over the phone without anyone seeing me in person. Based on that, I was scheduled and paid for an ABX procedure. However, when the doctor finally saw me in person at my pre-op appointment, I was told I was not a candidate for ABX and actually needed a FULL LIFT procedure instead. This means I now have to undergo a completely different surgery and fix things accordingly. This is not the first issue. Earlier — when I was heavier a year ago — Jenna scheduled me for TriSculpt even though I was not a candidate for it. I paid a significant amount of money for that procedure as well. For absolutely notning. Then I paid again for ABX, and now I am being told I need yet another surgery for the sides because there’s A LOT of skin there. It is not right that I have to keep paying and go under the knife multiple times for something I wanted and expected to do once. I have spent a large amount of money based on consultations that were not properly conducted, and I feel misled and extremely frustrated. Patients deserve accurate in-person evaluations before being scheduled and charged for procedures. I want this corrected properly.

This people who work here are AMAZING. My consult with Ayana began my journey. She gave me her honest opinion about what I should do for my best results. My surgeon, Dr. Walek, was upfront with what I should expect from the procedure. He has a confidence due to his extensive experience that instantly makes you comfortable and secure in the process. All my nurses, Grace Lindsey, and Ellie were so sweet and reassuring. Their kindness, care and professionalism are so very genuine! Patient Ambassadors, Jerri and Kursten, are the best! Both are funny, caring and insightful women. Best choice for your initial impression. To sum up my experience so far: Welll done to The Staff at Sonobello Providence. Many thanks.

Very disappointed with the female that I met with..She was extremely unprofessional, ignorant and rude. She thought she was being funny but her comments, behavior and attitude were very offensive towards my daughter and I..I would never pay to have any work done here..I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone..Terrible experience!! Watch how you talk, treat and interact with people..What you perceive as jokes is not always funny to someone else..

Amazed at the entire process! Unbelievable full ABEX- no pain, slept through procedure, healing great, back to work 4 days later! Wonderful staff! Highly recommend!!!
