Terrible, and I mean absolutely terrible, office manager. She personally made a huge billing error and in lieu of offering me a solution or a compromise (I was willing to meet in the middle on the 1,800$ discrepancy she made) or allowing me to discuss the issue with the doctor, she wanted me to just pay for the mistake. It felt as if she didn’t want her boss to know that she made such a huge error so she tried to take advantage of me. She has not one ounce of compassion or care in her body. She soured me and my husband’s experience there and we chose to transfer dentists. Office staff can make or break your experience at an office, unfortunately. My husband was a patient here for 30 years, and I began going after we got married, but after the experiences we had with the office manager, we just knew it wasn’t the right place for us anymore.

Today was my first visit and I will say that I plan to refer friends to this practice. I found the front desk staff to be welcoming and happy. Helen was my hygienist and she was not only professional but provided a pleasant experience throughout my visit always making sure I was comfortable. When I finally met with the dentist he was a great guy and was very easy to talk to, answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed even though I was the last patient before lunch. Overall great office and great experience

The Dentists and hygienists are very friendly and competent. However, they have unfair billing practices and I would not recommend this office. Unnecessary services were completed during a routine preventative care visit without my consent and without discussion of the cost that I would have to incur because of it. The receptionist Sandy has been very rude to me on several occasions, although the other reception staff have always been friendly.

Simply the best. Doctor Paul has the touch. His work is absolutely painless, and the results are always perfect. The entire staff goes way above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Twice, I've had emergencies, and they have taken care of me almost instantly. You will not find better dentistry anywhere. As far as the staff goes, they won't quit until you get everything that you need. The office is up to date, and up on the technology needed to get things done efficiently, and cost effective.

I had a wonderful first visit yesterday. The front office staff were very welcoming. My hygenist was very friendly and did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. Brown listened to my concerns and provided me with some options. I'm glad I found an office I really like all around.
