Michelle is excellent, professional, polite and is incredible with hydra Facials! She’s the BEST! Your front desk staff is quite cold, I watch them offer other clients offer tea, water or coffee, yet they rarely (if ever) look up front the desk, speak in a whisper and have never once said “thank you” after I complete my financial payments. The front desk staff of any business should be warm, welcoming, kind and polite. I feel as if I am bothering them simply when checking in.

Was able to treat me day of the consult and didn't bend my wallet. Everyone was very kind and the entire office is clean and beautiful. I had no idea what to expect but the vbeam treatment was fast and virtually painless.I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Donna is amazing. During the laser hair removal consultation, she took time to listen to my concerns and provide knowledgeable feedback. During my first appointment, she kept checking on my comfort level, providing reassurance, and encouraging me, since I was quite nervous. Donna is very professional, caring, and gentle. Can't wait for my next session. Highly recommended.

Just had my consult with Daryn Reynolds for neck skin tightening. She is absolutely wonderful. She made me feel right at home and answered all my questions before I could even ask them. I was so happy with my visit i scheduled my treatment on the spot.
