Michelle is the epitome of professionalism and expertise! She works so hard to perfect her craft and treat each person’s skin individually. She keeps everything very clean and has a high level of integrity when it comes to quality products and tools. She keeps it real and is extremely accommodating. She even waxed me sitting up while I was pregnant so I could be more comfortable - not an easy feat for a Brazilian! We always have laughs together while we are there and she honestly makes me feel like family. Highly recommend, 10/10 every time!
