Glo is good. Lisa at the front desk is beyond helpful, all the ladies are very friendly. Susan is fantastic with Botox, no wonky eyes, just the right amount. Went in to discuss rosacea with her who offered great advice and didn’t push anything that wasn’t necessary. Highly recommend.

My mom and I visited this spa last summer for a consultation. It was her first time, and she was interested in learning about lasers and possibly injectables. My mom doesn’t speak much English, so I was helping translate for her. We arrived a few minutes late and immediately apologized and asked if we needed to reschedule. The front desk told us it was fine, so I quickly started finishing her intake form. Shortly after, we were called back by Paula, and from the very beginning her demeanor was cold and impatient. The interaction felt tense and uncomfortable, and we were treated more like a problem to get through than paying clients. I couldn’t help but wonder if it was because we were a few minutes late or because I was translating everything into Spanish for my mom, which naturally made the appointment take a little longer. Either way, the lack of basic courtesy was obvious. What makes this even more disappointing is that I’ve been here before and had great experiences with Nancy and Brandy, who have always been kind and professional. Thankfully, we were eventually handed over to Brandy, who was wonderful and very helpful, and my mom did end up getting a laser treatment. Still, almost a year later, this experience sticks with me. A spa should feel welcoming and professional, not stressful or uncomfortable. When you’re spending your hard earned money, you expect to be treated with respect, especially as a first time client dealing with a language barrier. After reading other reviews, I can see we’re not the only ones who’ve experienced something like this. I hope management takes this seriously, because one person’s attitude can undo all the good work of the rest of the team

I have been a patient at Glo Medspa for 6 years now. The whole experience is top-notch from the appointment to the treatments to checking out. I see Jacqueline, and saying she’s incredible is an understatement. When you’re there for injectables, laser treatments, and other services that require a medical professional, you want the best, and she’s the best. She’s thorough, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and just the cutest, most perfect human ever. There’s no sales pitch; it’s always about what you want, and that’s what has always sold me on this spa. I love every lady there; it’s such a pleasant and positive experience. I cannot recommend Glo enough.

I’m writing to share some feedback about a visit my mom and I had at your office. We’ve been loyal clients for nearly two years and have always appreciated the professionalism and care we’ve received, especially from Amanda, who always made us feel heard and comfortable. We’ve also referred many friends to GloMed because of the trust we’ve built with your team. That’s why it’s disappointing to share that our most recent experience didn’t meet those same standards. My mom speaks English, but when it comes to explaining what she wants in detail, I always accompany her to help make sure her needs are clearly communicated. During this last appointment, the woman assisting us, whose name we believe was Paulina, was noticeably passive-aggressive. While I translated my mom’s request, she seemed dismissive and kept looking at me in a way that made it feel like she didn’t want to engage or even try to understand. We mentioned that my mom wanted to work on the nose area, and instead of asking any follow-up questions or explaining the procedure like we’re used to, she simply brought out the needle and injected her with little communication. There was no consultation, no check-in about comfort, and no information about what to expect next. Once done, she walked us to the front, said what had been done, and left. This isn’t the kind of experience we’ve come to expect from GloMed. We didn’t want to leave a public review because we still genuinely value this clinic and what it’s meant for my mom’s confidence and comfort. But we felt it was important to say something, as this experience left us uncertain about returning, which is not how we’ve ever felt before. We hope this feedback helps maintain the high standards we’ve always appreciated at GloMed.
