Dr. Christopher Saunders Cosmetic Surgery

I've been going to Sharon at the Med-Spa for about ten years. She is truly an expert in the non-surgical procedures, that are, in my opinion, a blend of art and science. I have always been pleased and really trust her expertise.The front-desk medical support staff are professional, friendly, and inviting. In my opinion, customer service should never be underestimated. It can make or break the reputation of a business or medical practice. The front desk sets the vibe for an entire establishment and the ladies here are top notch. This is a well established practice that I trust and highly recommend.

Absolutely the BEST of the BEST. I cannot express how incredible of a plastic surgeon he is both because of his undeniable talent and also because of his exceptional bedside manner. I’ve recommended all my friends and family to him and I highly encourage everyone who reads this review to consider Dr. Saunders for your plastic surgery needs. The fact that he makes you feel so safe and reassured along with top tier results is unbeatable.

I have been sitting on this review for about 2 years because it’s been a very tough experience for me. I want to preface this post with saying that the staff at the office and med spa are extremely friendly and I have nothing bad to say about them. Sharon is wonderful for dysport and I had a very nice appointment with Eva for IPL (despite not seeing any of the intended results I know she would have been willing to work with me had I chose to come back to the office). I’m here to share my primary rhinoplasty experience with Chris Saunders. My surgery was around 3 years ago. At first my results were okay - not quite like the imaging or what I’d hoped - but I considered my nose to be improved (at the time). I brought up my concerns at my many follow up appointments but honestly I spent most of my time in the waiting room. I made 2 separate appointments to review before/after photos at the post 1-year mark and when I got there I was told there wasn’t enough time and I needed to have asked for this type of appointment ahead of time (I had!!). As time went on, my nose was continually looking worse and worse. About 2 years post-op I made my final follow up to discuss my continued concerns and Dr. Saunders finally admitted that I had a “slight” polybeak deformity - he said that sometimes this can happen during the healing process and didn’t believe it was in any way related to his surgical technique. He said revision would be required if I wanted to fix it but didn’t offer any sort of concession. I decided I could not live with the results so I sought out a specialist for a revision. Long story short, Dr. Saunders improperly supported my tip so it was dropping overtime and the space was filling with scar tissue. My negative outcome was entirely due to poor technique. I went through with the revision and I had so much scar tissue build up that my nose had to be rebuilt with my septum. My revision looks great but I can’t help but constantly think about how much money, time and stress I could have saved by choosing a different doctor from the start. I’m sharing my experience to save someone else - If you see this review pleaseeeeeee go to a facial specialist for your rhinoplasty instead.

Wow! Excellent experience from beginning to end. The nurses and receptionists were so helpful about sending in all my paperwork and test results. Everyone answered all my questions and made me comfortable. The anesthesiologist really listened to my concerns about past problems with anesthesia and made sure I had no nausea. And most importantly Dr Saunders is a Rock Star!!! My new breasts are magnificent! Even better than I expected. I would recommend him to everyone I know . I will be going back to him for future procedures and feel confident that he is the best around! Thank you to Dr Saunders and all his wonderful staff❤️

Dr. Saunders has always been great. I first met him almost 8 years ago for my breast augmentation/lift and he was amazing. He also did a tummy tuck in 2016 or 17 for me. He is very professional and explains everything very well.
