Massage Envy

Be carefully, Mindy the “owner” who will only give you her first name does not take inclement weather into consideration of cancellation. Extremely rude when trying to reschedule as the snow changes over 4 hours earlier than expected for today’s for 18-24” of snow expected. Completely unprofessional conversation and have already contacted Massage Envy Corporate for this unprofessional first encounter. She owns Dover, Concord, and Christiana.

Matt is fantastic. I waited months longer than I should have to make an appointment, but he found and attacked the knots I had collected in my neck and shoulders. Very good at what he does, and a nice guy too. Highly recommend.

Used to live in the area and back for the weekend. Stress is getting the best of me so in desperation I searched for an appointment at 6am today. Michaela was the only one available and she was fantastic! A peaceful and silent 90 minutes. She provided some much needed relief and would happily see her regularly if I still lived here!

I had the most wonderful massage with Matt! He was very attentive and checked in often to see if the pressure was right. I communicated that I was having shoulder pain and he intuitively applied the perfect pressure to loosen the muscles. He incorporated stretching which really enhanced the massage. I would highly recommend and will be back!

Shawntay was exceptional! She was highly knowledgeable, took her time, and thoroughly explained each step of the process. She made sure to understand my preferences and checked in on me throughout the session. I also appreciated that she allowed me to fully relax by keeping conversation minimal during the massage. It was one of the best I’ve had in a long time—I’ll definitely be booking with her again!
