Terrible Service. spoke with owner and was VERY rude and disgusting person. Kept cutting me off while speaking. Treating me like I was below her. Her old age must be getting to her head. Will not do service here. Hope it goes out of business.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a facial and massage with Videll, and I couldn't be more satisfied! She was incredibly easy to talk to, making the entire experience feel warm and welcoming. Videll provided insightful information about the treatments and tailored the session to my needs. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be returning for another session soon! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch spa experience!

First impressions matter, and this one certainly missed the mark. I recently reached out to Vidells Day Spa & the owner Videll answered. I asked a few simple questions regarding prices and services. Being new to Delaware and looking for a consistent wax specialist but my experience here was very disappointing. Videll’s tone was curt, and her “matter-of-fact” attitude was unwelcoming and dismissive for all of the 4 minutes we spoke. As someone genuinely interested in becoming a regular client, I expected a more professional and friendly approach. Instead, her demeanor left me feeling uncomfortable and uninterested in booking any services.

Although Videll’s personality is difficult to understand, I still think she’s majorly misunderstood as a person. She was actually extremely pleasant to me. However, I got a Brazilian wax off of Groupon and met with Videll yesterday. This was hands down the MOST painful wax experience of my life. She went over one spot multiple times and right now my skin feels really “raw” I personally would not advise her services to anyone. She is NOT good at waxing related services.
