My first appointment was informative. Dr. B took a lot of time with me. She broke things down when she spoke and made me feel comfortable. I am very excited to be one of her patients and look forward to having a life long relationship with her. A great benefit if that your blood work is taken right in the office. So no need to have to schedule another appointment somewhere else. Thank you Dr. B. !! She even gave me a Cherry Pepsi as I was giving blood and did eat that day.

Dr Bernadette is absolutely amazing. Her personality & attention to detail is reflective in each patient encounter. I feel like she’s my good friend, that I’m able to share all my health concerns with… I have nothing but positive thoughts for the care I’ve received… I refer ALL my friends to her… thank me later 😉

This is the first doctor who actually was able to treat my Granddaughters thyroid condition, my granddaughter is feeling so much better since she has been in her care!

My visit was amazing! The nurse, Christina, was fantastic, she had the provider order labs before my first appointment and drew them right in the office! It was the easiest blood draw I have ever had, I didn't even feel it! Bernadette was warm and welcoming. She helped me so much in just one visit! She knows SO MUCH about thyroid disease! Hands down she is the best provider around! Even the feel of the office was calming!! I am so happy that I found Monarch Wellness Center! I look forward to my next visit!

Dr. Bernadette Thomas is healing my whole family. I had almost given up trying to get a doctor to listen to me regarding my teenage daughter's anxiety and depression that I was convinced was related to her Lyme Disease diagnosis. Dr. Thomas listened and knew right away that the Lyme was destroying her thyroid. She started treatment and the debilitating anxiety has reduced so much that she can now attend school, paints and plays guitar, and participates in art shows. My husband had what two specialists said were "normal" hormone levels, yet he had so many symptoms. He started the correct treatment and is doing so much better. I am working on getting my peri-menopause symptoms under control since also being blown off by all of my other providers. "Normal" lab work does not always mean there isn't an issue!! If you feel like something is off, this practice will listen to you and help figure it out!! I want to cry every time I think about how much these women have helped my family.They have empathy and kindness. I love them and am so grateful I found them.
