The Spine Spa

My first cryotherapy session was blissful ! With a complimentary heated water bed massage before, and a spinal decompression bed after , I left feeling relaxed and refreshed all at once ! I highly recommend trying out The Spine Spa. The staff is soo nice and Caitlin talked to me to keep my mind off being frozen ! 🤣

The staff at Spine Spa was so welcoming. Their mission is to really take care of each person’s individual needs. I felt better after one visit but I really can’t wait to go back!

At first I was skeptical about alternative healing therapies but I can across Francis Performance website and I was intrigued. So I decided to give it a shot see what happens. The staff there was helpful and informative. Tried the cryotherapy and the massage beds and wow what a difference it made! I knew some things about it but wasn't sure. After the session my body felt relaxed and energized like I slept deeply for 8 hours. The pain in my lower back subsided significantly. I am definitely going back
