I have been going to Milan Laser Hair Removal for the past 2 years and I have enjoyed being there every single time I have gone. A lot of people have left and new people have joined their team, but everyone who’s ever worked there has been nothing but the sweetest. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to get your hair removed. They’ve made me feel so safe and taken care of and I will continue to come and see them as long as i can (at least until all of my hair is gone :P)

As a lifelong sufferer of PCOS, I have tried literally everything to get rid of my unwanted facial hair. I've tried supplements, quit drinking alcohol 16 months ago, am of healthy weight, exercise, and eat a healthy diet - and while all that has slowed the growth - I was at my wit's end constantly shaving a plucking. Anyone who has this condition truly understands how devastating and embarrassing it is to deal with such a masculine issue as a woman. I finally made the decision to go in for a free consultation - intrigued by their unlimited package, considering in all the research I've done that hormonal hair is extremely aggressive and will require "maintenance" visits. The other business I previously got a quote from only offered a "set" number of sessions, and you would have to pay full price all over again per session, as needed. To be completely honest, I assumed off the bat that (because of the unlimited session quantity) this service would be WAY too expensive for me. That being said, it was half or less than the cost I anticipated in my head (which was awesome) and I decided to purchase two additional services to my facial package (arm pits, Brazilian). I also had an absolutely wonderful experience with Megan, who was extremely knowledgeable (even on PCOS and HS), professional, empathetic and kind. These same compliments are extended to the receptionist; of who's name escapes me - brown hair and septum ring. Always greets me with a smile! I went for my first laser session on Valentines Day and had just as pleasant an experience as my consultation. My nurse, I believe named Emily or Emma - it was an E name, was also extremely professional. She answered ALL my questions - even the embarrassing ones; and the fact her prior work experience was in an Emergency Room reassured me I had no reason to feel "shy" during such a personal service. I was made thoroughly aware of all pre and post appointment protocol and was sent home with clear instructions. The best part about all of this - all three areas only took about 30 minutes to complete, it was virtually painless (I do have a high pain tolerance) with the exception of a few tender spots, and I am already noticing very significant changes in the amount of hairs/speed at which the hair is growing. The hardest part for me is not plucking in-between sessions, because that has become a bit of an OCD task for me in managing this symptom for so long. I have a ton of tattoos - including one near my armpit that needed to be avoided - so I am curious to see side-by side the line where the lasered area was done versus the area on my pit they had to stop at. Will be a good side-by-side comparison of the long-term results! Honestly, if I wasn't already heavily tattooed, I would definitely have gotten my legs and arms done too! Hope to continue seeing more and more success as the sessions progress.
