Upon arrival the administrative staff were absolutely welcoming and friendly. I was seated in the reception area and my wait was very brief before being called back and being escorted to the exam room. Within 3 to 4 minutes Dr. Balakhani entered the room and began the consultation process. His mannerism is kind, friendly, and informative. After finishing up the questions, Dr. Balakhani began explaining what would occur during the procedure in detail. He even drew a picture to explain how the incision would be.
