I have this laser for the last 8 years. The laser stopped working yesterday, and after calling the company, they won't even look at it for 3 months! They offered me to buy a new one instead of even bothering to trouble shoot the one I already own. Loyalty to customers is DEAD!! I'm saddened the lack of support from this company for my practice and especially my patients!! Profit > Care.

Attempted to get information on various wavelengths and what setting uses a specific wavelength. Jaclyn, the sales rep I talked to, wasn’t forthcoming with the information. I’m not confident she knows the answer. Aspen laser was able to easily assist me.
