This was my first experience at your establishment and when I called to book, I was told that Sean was excellent and that made me very excited because I haven’t had a massage in a long time! From being greeted to the door all the way to the very end of my appointment everything was very lovely. There was a thorough consultation prior to my massage and then my massage was very enjoyable straight through. I felt very comfortable. Everything was explained thoroughly to me and I cannot wait to come back.

Joseph anthony's has been my go to salon for over 8 years now!! I go at least twice a year and never once have I had a disappointing experience! Lee is my hairstylist who I will be forever loyal too and she always does a great job! I have recommended her to all my family and all friends and they all say the same, 10/10 recommend!! From brunette to blonde she does it all!

Fern is wonderful! Today, I enjoyed the new head spa experience, and Fern had also given me a superior Lomi Lomi massage in the past- she's great. She obviously loves what she does and works hard to make sure you're comfortable and enjoying the experience. She has a very gentle touch and a sweet manner. I want sure what to expect from the Signature head spa experience, but JA went to great lengths to make a very enjoyable, private experience. You're taken to a private, quiet room downstairs (note: not in upstairs spa) with a very comfortable recliner. You change into a strapless robe so that you can get a hot rock arm massage while your hair is in one of the processes. You are given socks, as well, so that you can get a brief foot massage while another hair process is happening, which is very nice. Be open about your temperature preferences- they are very accommodating. I didn't care to pay extra for a blow dry, but they let me use the dryers in the upstairs space locker room afterward, so I didn't have to leave with a wet head. You may want to bring your own brush for this, fyi, as there aren't a lot of brushes up there, and they're for public use. All in all, a very nice experience. I would have enjoyed more head massage and neck massage, but I think you get that with the next level up. At that price point, I don't think I can get it very often, but it's a nice gift. It would be even better if it was located upstairs and have you spa access/feel, but I think they'll still get a lot of business.

I had a head spa scheduled with Olivia, and it was amazing. I’ve been wanting to have this service done for a while and when it finally came to JA spa I booked it right away. My experience was so wonderful and refreshing. Olivia was so kind and very knowledgeable! I asked at the end to add a blow dry and Olivia was able to get me set up with a stylist in the salon for the blow dry- Mackenzie. Mackenzie also did a fabulous job and was so sweet! It was a perfect morning, I can’t wait to do it again!
