The dentist Dr. Richardson took his time explaining my teeth and going over all my X-rays. The facility was extremely clean, they were cleaning and sterilizing while I waited for my teeth to be clean. The hygienist, Tree that scrubbed and used a metal grinder and flossedetc was so efficient and gentle it felt so clean and fresh. The two black spots on two teeth disappeared and it was just my first time coming in for a cleaning! I highly recommend this place. I was a new patient coming from over an hour away and was seen in less than month. Absolutely painless, clean, relaxing and I felt so refreshed afterward. I'll be going back!

It has been the worst dental experience I have ever had went to get my tooth extracted he pulled and tugged on my tooth for 45 minutes straight I feel every bit of pain I instantly got a migraine after all of this they tell me I can't be prescribed any pain medication because there system is down he said call tomorrow morning and I send you a prescription so I called the next day system still down and now I'm in excruciating pain and nobody wants to pick up the phones all of of my teeth on the bottom hurts really bad my jawline hurts bad I can't even move my mouth enough to eat. I have had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted while I was awake and I didn't have this much pain he was very aggressive I would not recommend anyone getting there teeth extracted here.

I had such a great experience at this dental office! The whole team is professional and welcoming, and they make you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. Karina was especially amazing—super friendly, gentle, and informative throughout my visit. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and great people!

I had alot of work done but they were so nice. The assistant and the dentist are very caring and know what they are doing. Everyone is so friendly there. I'm so excited for my new smile. I'm glad I chose Cottonwood dental. They really get stuff done and very quickly. I've actually enjoyed going there. And the staff up front are always ready to help you with a smile.

Worst service ever my daughter had an appointment plan to get her tooth fixed because she chipped her adult tooth in the front after getting the runaround. We finally get her in there. he said he could’ve did it today, but she was nervous because of the objects he was putting in her mouth so he scheduled her her for two weeks out and then they call and say that they have to cancel the date because their systems crashed going on a week or so I called to get her back because they said they would call and reschedule they never did a month after I called them still to reschedule it. Oh their systems are still crashed and then they call me two days before her appointment after we get it rescheduled and says oh we double booked because we make human errors and they called to reschedule her appointment again worst place ever won’t be attending here again !!!!! Wichita has the worst healthcare system by far Colorado would never!!!!!!!!
