American Dental

I've had three visits (check-ups, cleanings, and composite fillings done) in the past year and have absolutely no complaints! American Dental is quick, on top of things, and I've never had any issues whatsoever. Everyone is very professional, thorough, and competent. From front desk, to hygienist, to doctor — all give excellent/kind service and seem to work very well together. I hadn't been to the dentist in over six years when I scheduled my first appointment, so I was quite anxious about it. But everyone is just so great. Big thanks to all that work there!

I recently had a root canal treatment here, and I am extremely impressed with the care I received. The dentists were incredibly thorough and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain each step clearly, which helped ease my nerves. What stood out to me was how seamlessly the two dentists worked together. Their coordination made the procedure efficient and smooth, minimizing the time in the chair without compromising on quality. I felt well cared for from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental work.

I usually try to avoid dentists because of my severe TMJ. However, I was not in a position to wait any longer. I’m a travel nurse, so I don’t know anyone in this area. However, the reviews for Dr. Tsao were impressive, so I took a chance and went in. I’m very glad I did. All of the staff members really do take their time to explain everything, including treatment plans and price. They were not judgmental whatsoever, and are all about educating their patients. There are scriptures throughout the building, which set a very comforting and relaxing tone. I did not hesitate to make a follow up appointment next month so they could finish what they started. If I lived in this area, Dr. Tsao & his staff would definitely be my full time dentist!

The ladies in the office were great. Explained the process well and they offer payment plans that are affordable. I walked in had an appointment the next day and got my pain taken care of. With a treatment plan for the future and one I can actually afford working part time. I highly recommend. Thank you for your service.
