Milan Laser Hair Removal

I loved the Milan West location!! All of the girls were super nice. One even complimented my hair! They were all good with conversation, and helped distract me through the appointment. I love that I will be able to go to Milan for the rest of my life, whenever I need, at any of their locations.

Absolutely love Milan. Everyone is wonderful and makes you feel very comfortable. Have done four different areas. I barely shave my legs and armpits , Brazilian is gone!

If you would have asked me a year ago, I probably would have given 4-5 stars. I started treatment in early 2023. I consistently received underarm treatment as recommended (had to skip legs during the summer due to sun exposure). What was sold to me (by someone who I’m sure made commission on selling services) was that this was PERMANENT hair removal that may need touched up like 20 years from now. After two years of underarm treatment as prescribed, it seemed like the hair was gone. Now, several months later if not receiving treatment, probably 50% of the hair is back. In no way did I expect to receive treatment for as long as I did and then have to go back again the same year to start treatment again. I would not do it again. And if offered 75% of my “lifetime treatment” money back, I would not go again. Be cautious pre-paying for services that are not guaranteed to work or last. Staff is nice but they can’t control the effectiveness of the device they are using.
